  1. Hansen Babington

    Hansen Babington is the Managing Partner of 68V Multifamily.

    In this role, he is responsible for company strategy, capital partner relationships, and transaction structure. Over a decade of legal and broad-based real-estate development experience allows Hansen to craft creative solutions to deal sourcing and execution, maximizing value for its partners.

    Previously, Hansen served as the Chief Investment Officer of 68 Ventures, directing and implementing the investment and capital markets strategies for 68 Ventures. In this role, Hansen worked closely with 68 Ventures’ lenders and capital partners to streamline and institutionalize the company’s borrowing capabilities in support of the long-term strategies of the company. In addition, Hansen oversaw all strategic legal functions of the company. Prior to 68 Ventures, Hansen practiced corporate and real estate law in Birmingham, Ala. with MaynardNexsen. Hansen’s legal practice emphasized tax-efficient capital formation and structuring, including for multifamily investors and developers, both market rate and affordable.

    Hansen attended Washington and Lee University, afterwards studying journalism in Spain on a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship and teaching English in Argentina before attending law school at The University of Alabama. Hansen serves on the Board of the South Alabama Land Trust and on the Acquisitions Committee of the Southeastern Climbers Coalition.

    Hansen grew up in Mobile, Ala., and currently lives in Fairhope with his wife and three children. Hansen loves to spend time with his family, travel, and do anything outdoors.

  2. Ross Peterson

    Ross Peterson is the Director of Operations for 68V Multifamily.

    Ross leads daily operational and asset management activities as the Director of Operations. Over 10 years of multifamily operations, development and construction experience allows Ross to help drive business growth by implementing efficient processes and strategies for the team.

    Previously, Ross was the director of operations for a student houseing owner/developer/manager in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, he was instrumental in developing core capital partner relationships, directing company operations, managing staff, and ensuring project execution from inception to completion.

    Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration & entrepreneurship from The University of Alabama and is a licensed real estate broker.

    Ross and his wife, Kaitlyn, have three daughters: Lucy, Annie, and Edie. They are avid supporters of Young Life. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, bike rides, and cooking with friends and family around the table.

  3. Brayden Lambert

    Brayden is the Director of Development Finance at 68V Multifamily, overseeing financial modeling, deal underwriting and serving as the primary point of contact for pipeline projects.

    Previously, Brayden served as Vice President of Land Acquisition for an award-winning production builder in Charlotte, NC, where he strategically acquired and managed corporate land positions. He navigated complex regulatory landscapes, collaborating with municipalities, engineers, and consultants to secure entitlements for development projects. Brayden led project-specific underwriting efforts and fostered relationships with bankers and capital partners to secure development financing. Additionally, he played a pivotal role on the corporate sales committee, reviewing and approving house plans and pricing strategies for all units across the Charlotte market. Prior to his role in land acquisition, Brayden acted as the sales manager, listing and selling over 200 properties on the MLS with a total capitalization exceeding $50 million.

    A native of Pensacola, Florida, Brayden has a global perspective shaped by his travels and experiences. He spent four years in Thailand during his youth and later attended prep school in Clearwater, Florida, where he played competitive basketball, including exhibition games in Qingdao, China.

    Outside of work, Brayden enjoys running, visiting the beach, and playing golf.
